Notice of Ending Partnership in Canada

Dear Valued Partners and Customers,
Following our earlier announcement regarding the conclusion of our partnership with X-Bite Management Group Ltd., we would like to share an important update with you.
Over the past several weeks, our team has been in communication with certain franchise owners to explore the possibility of transitioning to direct cooperation with our headquarters. We sincerely appreciate the constructive discussions and efforts made by all parties. However, as the transition period has now officially concluded, we regret that a mutual agreement for continued cooperation could not be reached.
As a result, we kindly request that all TRUEDAN/Jenjudan (珍煮丹) franchised stores in Canada, including those in Ontario, complete the Termination of operations by August 22, 2025.
This decision was made after careful consideration to safeguard the integrity of our brand and maintain consistency across our global operations. We truly value the understanding and cooperation of all stakeholders during this transition.
Looking ahead, should there be new opportunities for collaboration in Canada, we warmly welcome direct communication with our headquarters.
